My work explores Learned helplessness, Positive Psychology, human behaviour and habits, mental health recovery and wellbeing, self-compassion and resilience. Love Yourself Anyway began as a support group on Meetup.com ( Over 1K Members ) where like-minded people would meet and learn and share their wellbeing and recovery journey. I facilitated sessions with one aim to create a space for peers to share their lived experience in a non-judgemental space. To experience catharsis but to also learn self-management through various mental health, wellbeing & personal growth topics.
As time progressed I realised the impact my sessions were having and I took that desire seriously and created a portfolio of affordable emotional wellbeing and psychoeducation programs to help create a space for like-minded people to connect, share, learn and transform their lives for the better.

Love Yourself Anyway is a product of my own wellness journey. In 2016 I got to a point in my life where I could no longer recognise the person staring back at me. I had hit rock bottom, I was suffering from burn out, Depression and Anxiety. My life took a dramatic turn for the better when I decided that in order to experience transformational change. I had to participate in my own recovery.
I embarked on a journey of wellness, which involved therapy, self-help, retreats, fitness, support groups and coaching. I got to the point where I started to fall in love with life again. After a decade in Corporate finance. I decided to pursue my life's work. In January 2018 I launched, Love Yourself Anyway helping people manage their emotional wellbeing and personal growth and change their lives for the better.
