About the Event
Taking care of your mind as well as your body is really important while staying at home as a result of the global outbreak of (COVID-19). You may be frustrated, lonely unhappy. You may also be low, worried, anxious, irritable or concerned about your finances, your health or those close to you. You will come away with a better understanding of emotional wellness and tools and practices to manage your emotional wellbeing
