Confused, anxious, exhausted – these are just some of the emotions we experienced collectively as a result of the lockdown. Our emotions have been getting a workout over the last couple of months. For many of us, the lockdown has been disruptive at best, for others, it has been a welcomed relief and an escape from the daily hustle and bustle.
As we reemerge into society after months of endless ups and downs, what does life after lockdown look like? How can we hold onto the gains and positive outcomes of lockdown and let go of the stuff that holding us back and sabotaging our growth?
