The Positive Thinking Workshop explores the art and practice of Positive thinking and positive action as a way to lead to a happier and more balanced life. You’ll examine the nature of your thoughts and learn to transform them, making way for a calmer mind, confidence, self-esteem and better relationships.
This is a Life-Transforming workshop uncovering the limiting beliefs that prevent you from moving forward, empowering you with life tools and techniques to get unstuck, manage emotions and resolve feelings of shame, guilt, anger, resentment, fear, anxiety, self-esteem that may be holding you back from being inspired by your life. Learn how to overcome your challenges with proven techniques and develop a strong sense of direction.
