This interactive talk will explore, our mindsets, limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, negative self-talk, procrastination and habits. We also look at the science of change and how to live a life beyond our limitations so we can make the global impact we so badly desire.
About the speaker
Della Michelle is the founder of Love Yourself Anyway where she creates and facilitates life-changing emotional wellness and personal growth programs for individuals, workplace and schools. Over 36 months ago Della Michelle got to a point in her life where she could recognise the person staring back at her, she was suffering from depression and anxiety and it took a dramatic toll on her life. A life-changing moment sparked a journey of transformation. In 2017 she left a career in finance after a decade of being there and embarked on a journey to use her story to impact other peoples lives. Love yourself Anyway was born.
