Kindfulness is a superpower we all need; it has the power not only to change someone else’s emotional state but also your own, it’s a feel-good state of being!
We know the power of being kind to others and how it makes us feel. But what happens when we extend that kindness towards self. What impact does it have on our health, wellbeing? Its mental health awareness week here in the Uk and the theme this year is Kindness, kindness to self and others. So Right now are you are busy juggling everything that you often forget about your own needs? What about connection to others? Are you watching the amazing acts of kindness from the sidelines and thinking what can I do?
Whatever the case Applied Kindness/"Kindfuness" has a transformative impact on ourselves, our work, our communities and families. The Kindfulness movement is part of the kindness revival that’s been gathering pace in the last few years. We are at the crossroads of defining moment in human history. During the pandemic, we have a massive opportunity to reflect and re-think what kind of people and society we want to be when we emerge from this crisis. Is kindfulness the Anitiode?
