This workshop is for you if you want to improve your self-esteem and confidence with the life-changing practice of Journaling. The evening will be dedicated to exploring self-esteem & Confidence through writing, reflection and discussion. The journaling practices will focus on self-esteem building exercises & self-esteem Journaling prompts as well-spoken word where you complete the Love Yourself Anyway spoken word challenge. 

The Benefits of self-esteem & confidence centred journaling Writing exercises help you to reflect on who you are and what you're doing in the world. Self-reflection is the foundation of developing strong and healthy self-esteem. Without looking inward, honouring your struggles and acknowledging your strengths, it becomes difficult to grow and change. Identifying emotions and experiences that keep you blocked, or limiting beliefs that may no longer serve you perpetuate the cycle of low self-esteem and negative thinking. Writing exercises for your journaling practice help you gain insight into the inner workings of your mind and improve self-esteem.

About your facilitator

Della Michelle is an Emotional Wellness speaker, Coach, BadAss student of life and Founder of Love Yourself Anyway where she creates and deliver life-changing emotional wellness programs. After suffering from Stress, Burnout, Depression and anxiety. Her life took a dramatic turn when she decided to participate fully in her own recovery and transformation. Latecomers are still always welcomed just send me a message. People arrive from 6.15 and relax with some refreshments in the lovely community space we then kick off at 6.30pm
